Speaking to media persons, he said the Congress party is determine to form the government in the upcoming general election.

 Stating the party lost the previous election by a narrow margin, he further asserted the party is pulling up socks to fight and do the needful. 

He further said that he have visited Manipur many a times but first time as AICC Observer.
